Purchase Familiar problem

>>> I place order accidentially, how to cancel it?

Pls go to "MY ACCOUNT" and go into "Order's review", Click the order number you want to cancel, then you should found the button of "cancel order", just click "cancel order" is ok. This order will disappear immediately

>>>How do I know my member price?

We have rating membership system, so the price on our website page is only for reference, the price for different rating member can't be shown until your add the item to your shopping cart.


>>> How long it will take to get my order?

We arrange delivery within 3 business days once payment received. Normally EMS take 3-5 working days to arrirve destination and standard flat shipping will take longer. We make carefully description on " Delivery Section", Pls get reference from there and further questions, do not hestiate to contact us.

>>> My order send out via EMS EXPRESS, why the tracking result doesn't appear on the website?

Pls kindly understand any records need to be updated on the system before you search them which normally take 24-48 hours(excluding national holidays). We appreciate your patience to wait another few hours.

>>> Should I pay extra handling fee or duty to get the packagel?

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect . The following is how to return your item:

In the event of   yesverygood  sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to yesverygood  within 7 days. The posage is according to the weight of package.  The combine shipping postage will be caculated automatically for shipping to the same address. What payment method you take?

We accept  Bank Wire transfer , paypal, Moneybookers and  Western Union Transfer

Can you accept Credit card or other payment?

  No. We can't accept Credit Card payment right now. We only accept bank wire transfer ,paypal,Moneybookers and western union transfer.

What shall I do after finishing payment?

  We will confirm your order payment received by sending e-mail to you. Usually payment can be received within 2 business days. Payment from UNITED KINGDOM may take 2-3 business day by bank wire transfer. Western union tranfer can be available instantly.

What's shipping method?When I get shipping notice?
